1. Replacement Eligibility
Customers can request a product replacement only.
Returns for refund are not accepted unless the replacement product is unavailable.
Replacement requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If the product is damaged or defective, customers must provide a clear unboxing video and product video as proof.
Our team will verify the issue before approving the replacement.
– Return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility unless the product is damaged
3. Replacement Process
Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement of the same product.
The replacement will be shipped after the damaged product verification is completed.
4. Refund Conditions
Refunds will only be issued if the same product is not available in stock.
If the product is available, only replacement will be provided (no refund).
5. Important Notes
Claims without proper video proof may not be approved.
The product must be in its original condition with packaging for replacement eligibility.
